Return Policy

A 20% restocking fee will be applied non-defective items may be returned within 45 days of purchase.    No non-defective returns will be accepted beyond 45 days from date of purchase.  Sorry, But due to abuse/piracy issues with licenses keys and software we are no longer accepting returns on shipped or emailed license keys and software. Damaged media may be returned for exchange only. The only exception is unopened boxed software, restocking fees apply. The majority of software is now available in a trial format so that you can make sure it does what you want and works to your expectations, So please try before you buy. The return period for defect items are individually determined by the warranty of the item in question for replacement only.
