| Q: I've added my selections to basket but when i go to checkout they are not there
A: This is most likely because you have disabled cookies and/or javascript in your browser, This commonly happens if you have something like Norton internet security package installed and have the security level set too high. Cookies and javascript MUST be turned on as they are used to remember what you have added to basket.
